Cater oils are fully licensed by the Environment Agency in the collection and disposal of waste restaurant cooking oil. We help you to comply with food standards industry specifications for the handling of your used cooking oils. View our wast carriers license details here. Upon collection, we will issue you with a waste transfer note. There is a legal responsibility to ensure your waste oil is collected by a licensed company and you must maintain records of any waste oil collections for a minimum of 6 years.
